Pricing

A one-time setup, then a monthly retainer that covers monitoring, updates, nightly backups, price changes and support. Setup is paid half up front and half at go-live. Cancel with 30 days' notice and keep your data.

Once a job is booked, your crews log daily safety checks, incidents and licences in Savenca. An introductory period is included.

Restaurants: Cotara + MenuCents

Your per-guest catering rates come from real per-plate costs in MenuCents, so catering quotes match your margins. Your top 10 dishes costed during setup.

Questions

Will it send something I didn't approve?

No. Every email to a customer waits for you to press Approve. Opening the link only shows the draft; nothing is sent until you press the button. Once you trust it, you can choose to let the "a few details, please" questions go out on their own. Prices always wait for you.

Can the AI make up a price?

No. The AI reads the request and writes the words. The estimate is worked out from your price list by fixed rules, and a draft that changes those numbers is held back for you. Jobs above a limit you set come to you without a price.

How does a request reach Cotara?

Through a form on your website (we put it there, or connect your existing one), or by reading a quotes@ inbox. Customers who answer a question are matched to their original request.

How long does setup take?

One to three days after a 30-minute call. We enter your price list and rules with you, test Cotara on real past requests, and show you how to approve from your phone in about 20 minutes.

What about law firms and other regulated work?

Intake mode never gives advice, opinions or prices, and adds the line your firm requires to every reply. We don't take medical clients without a proper written agreement on patient data.

Who is behind Cotara?

CrownWell Labs, a small software company in Harford County, Maryland, that also makes MenuCents and Savenca. Cotara comes from cotação, Portuguese for "quote".
